Indulge & Reward at Park MGM

Las Vegas is without a doubt one of the most exciting & unique cities in the U.S. It’s definitely one of my favorite places to visit. Whether you are a foodie, sports fan, theater goer, gambler or just love a good time, Vegas has it all. So much in fact that it can be intimidating to decide what you want to do. In this post I’ll share with you one of my favorite hotels, Park MGM.

I’ll admit that at the top of my list is getting a good deal with all the fun included. Hey this is Vegas, there’s no need to compromise. In Vegas, loyalty is rewarded. Finding your favorite loyalty programs is important because it’ll become your ticket to free rooms, gaming and dining credits. While there are many different loyalty programs to consider, the Big 2 are MGM Rewards and Total Rewards.

Let’s focus on MGM. Aria, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, Delano, Excalibur, Four Seasons, Luxor, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, New York-New York, The NoMad, Park MGM and Vdara are all a part of the MGM portfolio. So whether you are gambling, dining or staying your spend is being accrued towards the MGM Rewards Program. This will quickly lead to great offers from these resorts. Even with moderate spend, your loyalty is recognized with great offers.

My choice and I’ve stayed here atleast 10 different times is the Park MGM. Why Park MGM? For starters, it’s the first completely non smoking casino & resort on the strip. Being a nonsmoker, this is a winner in my book. It’s also centrally located in a busy part of the Strip and it has everything you could want all on property. It’s pet friendly. Dolby Live is on property and T Mobile Arena is next door. The casino is clean, full of the latest slot machines and there are always plenty of gaming tables. They also have an onsite Sportsbook and bar.

Let’s talk Food for a bit. There are a ton of options at the Park MGM. One of my favorite restaurants onsite is La La Noodle. It offers Asian cuisine with a great atmosphere. A full Eataly is also onsite offering all your favorite Italian specialties. If you want a sit-down fresh pasta restaurant, La Pizza & La Pasta is perfect. If brunch is your jam, Primrose has you covered. There’s even The Chef Truck steps from the elevator serving Cuban sandwiches and small bites at a great price.

The Strip can become daunting with all the walking. The beauty of Park MGM is that it’s centrally located. Located between NYNY to the South, the MGM Grand across the street and the Aria/Cosmo complex to the North the location is perfect for exploring the central part of the strip. You can navigate the back route to the Aria and take a free tram to the Bellagio as well.

Let’s talk wine for a moment, you know I’m a wine guy at heart and this is a great place for wine. Eataly is full of choices for a nice glass or bottle of wine. Pro Tip Alert – buy a bottle and have them pour it into two glasses for you. You save some money and don’t have to return to buy more as fast.

When you arrive, make sure you stop at the MGM Rewards booth to get your player card. You can either charge your MGM property spend to your room or give them your card to track. Within a week after your return you’ll start seeing some offers! Plan early and avoid peak periods with conventions or big sporting events for best pricing. Let me know what you think and have a great time.
